Shipping Policy
At this time, The Acorn Box will only be offering FREE shipping within Canada. Due to the current tariffs, we will not be shipping to the States. We do hope to ship in the future. Any other inquiries please see contact page.
Please ensure that your shipping address is up to date. The entered address will be used as the shipping address. It is your responsibility that it is correct.
Should a shipment return to Sender, due to buyer unclaimed mail/buyer moved/buyer rejected mail etc, Buyer will be allowed a refund minus $40 for returned shipment. This covers the shipping and handling of box. Sender will send notification if a note card has been left at said address used at time of purchase and after that it is up buyer to pick up the parcel. You can repurchase box. Again, it is up to the individual purchasing to make sure all information is up to date.
Shipping is free within Canada.
