Lake & Oak is a female-powered wellness brand that is dedicated to fostering self-care rituals that help bring a little joy and balance to your life.
They are known for their clean and functional Superfood Teas & Latte Blends.
Lake & Oak began in 2017 when Meredith was searching for a natural remedy for her anxiety and digestive troubles. Her passion for plants as medicine, and knack for flavours lead her to the kitchen to create Lake & Oak's signature tea blends.
The mission was to create unique, flavour-packed teas that were fun to drink and benefit the body and mind.

Founded in 2023 by Nova Scotian lettering & mural artist Kristen De Palma, To & From Gift Co. creates thoughtful gifts with special meanings inspired by the secret language of flowers and vintage design.
What began with floriography-inspired seed packets has grown into a full collection of vintage-inspired greeting cards, prints, stickers, and more.
To & From grew out of a personal passion to bring back the beauty and meaning of Victorian-era design into modern day. Finding endless inspiration in the intricate designs and attention to detail found in vintage seed catalogues, Kristen is equally fascinated by the symbolism associated with floriography.

Grysiuk Prairie "B" Honey has been crafting pure prairie honey for over 35 years, continuing a tradition where honey symbolizes warmth, prosperity, and sweetness in a new home.
Examples of flavors range from fruit to creamed to spice to sweet. All honey is unpasterurized and sourced from alfalfa, canola, sunflower, wildflowers and clover. The honey is gluten, peanut, dairy free and kosher certified.
